Activist Education Programme

Activist Education Programme information for members:

We are currently looking for members who would be willing to play a more active part in the Union, whether by attending the Branch Meetings, helping with leafleting, putting up posters, assisting with membership recruitment, acting as a Faculty Representative, or by training as a caseworker.

Over the past years, our volunteer Branch members have helped many members, through giving advice and casework assistance. We feel that we have a very strong and active membership and we have been chosen, several times, to be amongst the first Scottish branches to carry out new ideas/systems.

Our active members are the heart and strength of our Union where everything they do makes a difference, no matter how small their contribution.

For any further information or if you would like to participate, please email Pam McGibbon (PMcGibbon2@ucu.org.uk) who will be happy to get back to you with more details.
