A big year of campaigning for job security – a bigger one to come

The campaign for job security has been one of UCU’s national priorities in the last year, encompassing lobbying of parliament and government, a succession of press stories that have kept the issue in the public eye, a series of agreements that have made real inroads into casualisation at institutional level and new campaigns emerging in every sector. Watch this space for as we look to ramp up the pressure yet further, but in the meantime here are a few highlights:
