Pay Update

You may have seen in the press that UCU has noted the 1% pay offer for 2015 (there are larger increases for staff at the bottom of the pay spines). The offer also includes joint work with UCEA relating to the gender pay gap and to casual and hourly paid staff. The pay round is not concluded at this point because EIS has not settled and are balloting on industrial action. I will write again when I know the outcome of this ballot.
